I wanted to share some positive feedback about my recent stay at your hotel, particularly regarding the exceptional service provided by the chef. Throughout our stay, the chef went above and beyond to ensure the comfort of my family, including our toddler. We were especially grateful for the special attention given to ensuring that baby food was readily available. Furthermore, I want to commend the resort manager for their efforts in ensuring that our stay was smooth and hassle-free. Their proactive approach to addressing any potential issues contributed significantly to our overall satisfaction. However, I did notice that the property seemed to be understaffed, which sometimes resulted in longer delivery times for certain services. Streamlining these processes could further enhance the overall guest experience. Nonetheless, I want to express my appreciation for the outstanding hospitality provided by your team, particularly the chef and the resort manager.

I was thoroughly impressed by the housekeeping at the hotel especially with regards to value. The cleanliness of the room was exceptional, and the attention to detail really stood out. It was evident that the housekeeping staff took pride in their work, making my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The value I received for the quality of service exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend this hotel to others based on the excellent housekeeping standards.

We are staying in Sterling Kodai Lake it was an awesome place there is discovery centre where we enjoyed the play area especially we took photography it was a wonderful shoot pictures clicked by Sujan and easwaran was really beautiful pictures captured in the property and Mr Nagaraj helped us in activity area and guided us with lots of information about the resort as well about the kodaikanal ....

Right opp to Kodai Lake and close proximity to all the nearby areas makes.. Good stay for us.. Rooms are a bit small but the service makes upto it. Velu and team is proactive and helped us from all aspects. Smooth checkin n checkout eased things up. Overall good stay.
